I am looking for a place to rent for at least one full year, or more, depending on when we can finance a house. My 13 year old son and I are moving from Alberta to be closer to family but have a limited income to start out with. We had a place lined up for $700/month, but the guy has now changed his mind and increased the price. I currently rent in Calgary for $1000/month and feel that Kelowna should be cheaper, especially through the winter months, when tourist season is over. We are a non smoking family with no pets and not partiers. Please help us so we can be closer to our family, thank you.
