I am looking for a property suitable for one clean, quiet, respectable, working professional, late 40's. I can promise to pay the rent on time, with no parties, no drugs or loud music, NO smoking, few visitors. I look after the small things like regular cleaning (Yes, I do windows & floors, hate cobwebs) small maintenance repairs like loose hinges & leaky faucets, and offer absolutely great references.
The rent can range in price - I earn a decent living, but would like to have some 'fun' money at the end of the month. definitely looking for a unit under $1000 a month including all utilities and cable, realistically in the $650 to $900 range.
I work in Kelowna, don't mind a drive, so I'd like to find a property between Summerland and Winfield. I LOVE woodstoves/fireplaces, would like a bright unit, with a decent view, and maybe a little patio. My references will attest to my character and I have helped out by property sitting and pet sitting for my landlords when they go away. My references include a Member of Parliament, and I have a criminal records checked and Okayed kind of job. We'll discuss it.
If you can find it in your heart to include my spayed, declawed (mainly invisible) cat, you'd have the IDEAL TENANT. If you'll give the kitty a chance, she was saved from certain death at a shelter last year, and is a quiet, kind soul. I Hope to find a place between July 15 and Sept 1, 2008.
