Kawakubo Sushi is looking for qualified cook and the detail is as follows.

- Restaurant Name: Kawakubo Sushi Sake Organic

- Position: Cook (Kitchen Hot Food Cook), Full time, Permanent

- Work Location: 3315 30th Ave, Vernon, BC V1T 2C9


Responsibilties
- Prepare and cook Japanese hot food dishes including tempura, udon and teriyaki dishes
- Maintain all health codes and food safety regulations
- Select, order, receive food supplies as required
- Plan and create new menus and ensure all food meet quality standards
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
- Train kitchen helper and transfer skills
- Clean kitchen areas


Requirement:
- Completion of High School
- 2 years or higher of commercial cook experience
- Able to work in evening and Weekends
- Able to communicate in English


Compensation and working hours:
- $13 ~ $15 hourly and 40 hours weekly
