Fitness Challenge Accountability Group!
We all have them ... insecurities about our bodies: I'm too fat. My butt is too big. Why can't I have abs like her?
Are you wanting to work on your fitness and nutrition but just can't seem to find the time or motivation? You are not alone! I run a monthly challenge group where you will have coaching, receive tips and recipes and best of all you will have my support and the support of the other people in the group to help you get through those "slip ups" and who will cheer you on when you have an AMAZING day! This is one of the main reasons that I have stuck to my program and I now want to share it with others!
I have 3 options for you to get into my group!
1- You just want to workout for 30 minutes a day. Your nutrition is totally on point.
2- You want to workout but you also recognize you could use some help with portion control and meal plans.
3- The Full Meal Deal. What you're doing now is not working, you're busy, miss meals and dread your workouts. You want a FUN short workout, food portion containers, meal plans and most importantly Shakeology, a nutrient dense meal replacement unlike no other. It's a game changer.
I am a hard working women in my mid 30s with SO much on the go all the time. I found it really hard to put time aside for me, to work out, to prep proper meals etc. I am now working out in the comfort of my home by watching a DVD program and using a yoga mat and weights. I can fit in a 30 minute workout around my jobs and family commitments by doing them in the morning, afternoon, or evening! All I have to do is find 30 minutes a day and who can't commit to that when you can see results within a few days! Yes, there are days where I don't get my workouts in but the challenge group keeps me in check so I am made accountable to get back at it. To be honest, I feel better after I workout. I sleep better as well which now gives me more energy that is needed with everything I have on the go.
