Seasonal Vineyard Labourers O'Rourke Family Vineyards Ltd., located in the Okanagan Valley, BC is seeking 13 temporary vineyard labourers. Some of the duties include but are not limited to: land preparation, planting grapes, post and wire work, gardening, landscaping, harvesting crops & general vineyard maintenance. We are looking for candidates who can work in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines. Must be comfortable with repetitive tasks such as sitting, crouching and kneeling for extended periods of time in all seasonal conditions. Vineyard experience is an asset. We are looking for individuals with a good work ethic and who are willing to work on a contract term. There will be two start dates, 6 positions will have a start date of March 1, 2020 (8 month contract) and 7 positions will have a start date of May 1, 2020 which (6 month contract).
