Administrative Assistant Salmon Arm Economic Development Society is currently recruiting a full-time Administrative Assistant. This multi-faceted position will attract applicants who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and want to make a difference in their community. Preferred applicants will have a strong background in office administration & accounting, preferably well-versed in Sage Accounting and Microsoft Office. Specific responsibilities include greeting the public and answering phones, managing office supplies, overseeing meeting room bookings, preparing meeting minutes, monthly bookkeeping utilizing project based accounting, additional project and program support as required. Preference will be given to applicants with an Office Administration Certificate and a minimum 2 years of related experience.
