BAPTIST HOUSING Baptist Housing Enhanced Living Communities in Kelowna is looking for Casual Registered Nurses to serve in our three Residences, Sun Pointe Village, Village at Mill Creek and Village at Smith Creek. Reporting to the Administrator, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development, implementation and evaluation of person-centered care and plan development for the Residents we serve. The scope of the position includes performing a range of nursing interventions such as Resident initial and ongoing assessments, treatments, and medication administration, as well as development and leadership of the Care Team. As an ambassador of Baptist Housing, you have exceptional interpersonal skills, the ability to foster and maintain relationships, and model our values in all interactions. The successful candidate must be eligible for membership in the College of Registered Nurses of British Columbia (CRNBC), have a great sense of humour, effective time management skills, strong communication, and the ability to work variable shifts.
