DESIGN &amp PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT MANAGER Join ADAM Integrated Industries - a progressive manufacturing company in beautiful Salmon Arm, BC. REQUIRED: A candidate must have a minimum of 10 years of practical experience in design and product development and be capable of developing guidelines and procedures and providing management to others. Candidates must have a good knowledge of industrial processes, techniques, and standards, and be grounded in design, drafting, and engineering principles; they must be fluent with SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and quality management systems.&nbsp Because occasional travel may be involved, a valid driver's license and the ability to enter the USA are requirements. PREFERRED: Skills and experience include project management, estimating, and a good commercial knowledge base. The successful applicant will be an independent self-starter with creative ability, excellent team building skills, the ability to meet deadlines, and will enjoy a hands-on approach. Compensation will be assessed on experience and qualifications; good group benefits after three months.
