Looking for a roommate in my beautiful, modern condo in Easthill. Perfect if you don't have a car because you can walk to anywhere downtown. Rent includes your own bedroom, bathroom and share the rest of the house with me. All utilities, WIFI, linens, water and sundries (toilet paper, laundry detergent etc). There is also a huge deck. All you need is your food. Currently there is no bed, but could get one if necessary. Looking for a female who appreciates a clean home, good wine and has a sense of humour. I travel a lot during the week with my job, so it's like renting the whole place for yourself. References required. Available Jan 2nd.
