ProAc Studio 1 MKII monitor loudspeakers. ProAc Ltd. is a British loudspeaker manufacturing company and Celef Audio Ltd. is the legal name for the ProAc brand. The drivers are original "Made for Celef Audio Ltd." components. ProAc used either ScanSpeak or Seas drivers for their loudspeakers. The company also used high quality Michell (Made in England) binding posts. Since the company's inception all ProAc loudspeakers have been handcrafted and finished in wood veneer. I read that these are the same speakers as ProAc Studio 100's, with the exception that they have single terminal posts [cannot be bi-amped] and tweeters are centered. The ProAc Studio 1 Series loudspeakers offer clean, transparent sound with excellent imaging. Its easy to understand why the Proac speakers have such a loyal following in the audiophile community. Condition: The speakers show some minimal wear but are in excellent operational condition. The woofers have been professionally re-foamed recently at the Vancouver Speaker Clinic last month (April) The metal Standesign (UK) stands are available for an additional $75 but, due to the weight, only available with a local sale.
