Restaurant Manager

Kawakubo Sushi is looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our team. Restaurant Name: Kawakubo Sushi Sake Organic Position: Restaurant Manager, Full time, Permanent Work Location: 3315 30th Ave, Vernon, BC V1T 2C9 Responsibilities: - Organize and evaluate the operations of a hall, bar and kitchen or other food service - Plan and determine type of services to be offered - Hire staff and responsible for staff training - Manage staff work schedules and monitor staff performance - Control inventory and check revenues and modify prices, operational procedures or cost whenever necessary - Ensure health and safety regulations are followed Requirement: - 3 years or higher of experience in food service with some supervisory experience - Able to work well in a fast paced environment - Able to work in evening and Weekends - Able to communicate in English - Has good time management and supervising skills - Completion of High School Compensation and working hours: - $19 ~ $23 hourly and 35~40 hours weekly If you would like to apply for this position, please send your resume to kawakubosushi@yahoo.com We also welcome aboriginal peoples, persons with disabilities and new immigrants who are qualified to apply for this position.
