I am looking for a roommate to join myself in an immaculate 2-bedroom top floor corner unit at Carrington Ridge in West Kelowna. A little about me: - I enjoy anything outdoors related especially fishing and camping - I work as a project coordinator at EMIL Anderson after graduating in civil engineering - I am very laid back and usually spend my evenings playing video games/watching Netflix - During my free time I like to adventure to new fishing holes with my little boat The room/apartment: - Fully furnished apartment including all dishes and cookware (you would just need to furnish your bedroom) - Decent sized bedroom with large walk in closet - Beautiful view from patio (perfect for barbecuing) - Price includes all utilities including cable and wifi plus an outdoor parking spot - 6 months left on current lease with option to renew Room is available asap - will prorate October if necessary.
