Vineyard Worker Required, full-time, 40 hours/week, 5 days/week with some overtime for Blueberry Hills Vineyard of 16200 Watson Ave, Summerland, BC, VOH 1Z3. Minimum 1 year experience required. No education required. Physical requirements: ability to lift 50 lbs, ability to complete repetitive tasks including: standing, kneeling, crouching and sitting in all weather conditions. Duties include (but not limited to): de-leaf, maintain and manage growth of vines, vine canopy and grapes; mixing fertilizer and spraying crops; tying and shoot positioning; suckering; weeding; clipping, planting; cultivating and harvesting; use of automated irrigation systems; operating & maintaining farm machinery & equipment; detect disease and health problems in crops and write daily basic progress reports.
