Requirements Licensed Automotive Mechanic in good standing Attention to detail, strong focus on quality and problem-solving skills Strengths in suspension, tires and electrical Excellent interpersonal &ampcommunication skills Duties &amp Responsibilities Supervise and participate in day-to-day shop operations Ensure care and condition of shop &amp equipment Work with management to establish shop protocols &amp guidelines Lead Mechanic in a growing automotive maintenance business Lead Installer for after market truck accessories Promote and maintain a strong safety-first work space Work closely with sales staff to schedule and manage installations Work directly with customers to design custom builds and repairs Cap-it is Vernon's leading truck accessory and customization store, and has an immediate opening for a Lead Mechanic / Installer. In this role you will oversee shop operations and work closely with management to establish shop protocols and strategies. You are a Licensed Automotive Mechanic with strong attention to detail who thrives on providing quality work in a fast-paced environment.
