This is a top level treadmill that has not been used a lot. Over $2400 bought new only one owner (me). Comes with manuals and a custom made wood "desk" for multi tasking. 25yr warranty on the motor and incline. Quality treadmill no significant problems. The LCD screen has deteriorated, but does not affect performance.
