He is a very sweet older cat who will make a family very happy with his charming personality. Howie enjoys visiting and will often amble over to occupy your lap. We do not know how he is with other animals, but we do know that Howie regards every person he meets as friends. He would be more than happy to assist you around the house with your chores, offer his opinion on your cooking, and just generally likes to be in your immediate vicinity.
