Kawakubo Sushi is looking for qualified Food Service Supervisor and the detail is as follows. Restaurant Name: Kawakubo Sushi Sake Organic Position: Food Service Supervisor, Full time, Permanent Work Location: 3315 30th Ave, Vernon, BC V1T 2C9 Responsibilities - Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food - Maintain records of stock, repairs and wastage - Ensure food quality and service meet the quality standards - Estimate and order ingredients and supplies - Prepare reports - Train staff in sanitation and safety procedures Requirement: - Completion of High School - 1 year of work experience in food preparation or service - Able to work in evening and Weekends - Able to communicate in English Compensation and working hours: - $17 ~ $18 hourly and 30~40 hours weekly If you would like to apply for this position, please send your resume to kawakubohr@gmail.com .
