SENIOR'S RESOURCE CENTRE ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR Our charitable society requires the services of an Administrative Coordinator. This person is responsible for the following functions: All the financial functions of the Centre up to and including year-end. Apply for and report on grants Budgets Reports to BC Societies and CRA Manage the overall maintenance of the Centre and equipment Coordinate and oversee operation of Community Volunteer Income Tax Program Oversee the Foot Care Program Order supplies Maintain inventory and place orders for Better Meals Manage and schedule all rentals Be familiar with the overall operation of the Centre This position is 20 hours a week and the pay rate is competitive.
