SQM Group, a leader in customer experience surveys, is seeking Telephone Representatives who speak both English and French to join our outbound call center to conduct customer telephone satisfaction surveys. The ideal candidates for the position will take pride in conducting professional customer satisfaction surveys for Fortune 500 call centers throughout North America. These part-time and full-time positions are available in our Vernon, Canada location. What do you gain by working at SQM? Consistent Work Expectations. This is not a telemarketing job. The responsibilities of the TSRs are to conduct telephone interviews with survey respondents. TSRs must follow SQM survey standards and scripting while accurately documenting survey responses and demonstrating good judgment. The TSR is at a desk for long periods of time. Due to survey standardization, the job can be repetitive but rewarding for the right candidate. Education, Training and Qualifications: Computer Knowledge and not intimidated by technology Competent keyboarding skills (at least 40 WPM with high accuracy) 3 to 5 years of general working experience Must be able to fluently read, write and speak both English and French Responsibilities: Ability to follow SQM survey standards Accurate documentation skills ensuring content, grammar, and punctuation are correct Excellent listening skills Effective interpersonal skills Professional telephone manner Clear and effective communication Ability to follow verbal instructions Demonstrate good judgment Accept repetitiveness of job Ability to sit for long periods of time Ability to translate French oral into English verbatim We Offer: Comprehensive Health, Dental and Vision Insurance Company Provided Short- & Long-Term Disability, & Life Insurance Paid Time Off Starting Wage $18.00/hour with potential monthly performance bonuses Potential annual increases based on performance.
