Shelter: BC SPCA - Shuswap Branch Animal ID: 529995 Birthdate: November 10, 2020 - Young Adult Spayed/Neutered: No Male Tucker is a big happy boy with lots of love to give. He is house trained and knows some commands such as "sit" and "stay", and he can wait at doorways if he is reminded. He is young and is still working on his manners, he tends to jump up and may be mouthy when he gets excited. Tucker very much wants to please and with lots of positive reinforcement he will be an enthusiastic student. Tucker has been good with other dogs and enjoys playing at the park, he has not lived with cats. Tucker may be to boisterous for them small children, however he would likely be fine with older kids. Tucker is an interesting experiment in genetics. You can have fun games of "guess the breed" when you meet people on the street. His mother pyrenese/poodle and his father was a mastiff/coonhound, he is often mistaken for a wolfhound cross. Tucker has an unusual coat that is still finding it's final form, he will likely need grooming in the future. Please note that he sheds(a lot!) and is not hypo allergenic. Please send an application to the Shuswap branch if you feel that your lifestyle would meet Tuckers needs. ***In order to protect the health of our staff, volunteers and members of the public during the COVID-19 pandemic, we've made changes to our adoption process. 1.
