Dislikes: Going back in the cage when he hasn't played enough. About Me: Citrus came to the shelter after flying into a good samaratin's home. We are not certain of his history, but he has experience with hands and will step up with gentle encouragement. He enjoys time outside the cage where he can exercise and socialize with people. Staff isn't sure, but they think he may even know a few words! Citrus is looking for a home that has ample time to spend with a young, social budgie. A home that can demonstrate knowledge of parrots will be preferred. Please submit your application online!
