He is a chatty boy specially when he sees his kitty friends walking around. Chatters seems to be very docile but very shy and would benefit to being with another social kitty. Because Chatters has lived with over a hundred cats he never got the right socialization that he needed and because of this he may never be a super snuggly lap cat but will be a good friend for your kitty. Chatters has lived a really rough life and deserves a warm kitty bed and food everyday that he does not need to fight for.
