Shelter: BC SPCA - Shuswap Branch Animal ID: 525330 Birthdate: March 15, 2019 - Adult Spayed/Neutered: Yes Male As one of 119 room-mates, Teddy seems to have found that being very confident has worked well for him. As a mostly black fluffy dog, Teddy may have blended into the crowd but he will push his way to the front to make sure that you notice him. Skittish about being picked up, he seems to prefer just a good conversation for now. As for other dogs , if he has decided that they are cool he is fine with them. Right now he is sharing his lawn chair with Sparky. But if he decides that another dog is a pushover, we are talking about Pip here, then Teddy can certainly be Bossy! Teddy does like to be petted but is still unsure about sudden moves. Teddy certainly has the makings of a loyal steadfast companion but this just will take time. As with all the dogs that have come in from this situation, Teddy is working on his house training and this needs be kept up with. If you are looking for a lasting friend then Teddy is available for Foster to Adopt as he will need a dental recheck in a couple week.
