Please go to Shawnigan RCMP or an other RCMP detachment for a "Police Information Check" it's free. Renters will also need a guarantor. Pricing may be flexible if renter helps with maintenance. King bedroom with ensuite bathroom is reserved for owners occasional use. If renter wants the King bedroom with the ensuite bathroom with a 2-person soaker tub it's $300 per month more, then landlord will reserve a Queen room for his occasional use. Renters will have plenty of privacy in this shared accommodations with owner. The large property has a second 2-bedroom cottage which may have 1-room available for rent in the future.
